Karen Cranney is no stranger to the world of Conveyancing, having been in the industry for some 22 years.  The early years of Karen's career were conducted in Sydney and the past 13 years in Nelson Bay and Anna Bay, NSW. 
 
Karen completed her studies at Macquarie University (achieving highest mark in one subject and being awarded Director's Commendation in another) and became licensed in September, 2007.
 
Karen now wishes to put her dedication and skill to use in her own practice and is now trading from her new location in Nelson Bay.
 
Karen offers a full range of conveyancing services including buying, selling or leasing property or business and Powers of Attorney (where applicable), all at competitive prices. 

Karen has handled many, many conveyancing transactions throughout Port Stephens, ie. Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Salamander Bay, Fingal Bay, Corlette, Soldiers Point, Boat Harbour, Bobs Farm, Salt Ash, Raymond Terrace, Medowie, Tanilba Bay, Lemon Tree Passage as well as the Hunter region, Newcastle, Maitland, Cessnock, Lake Macquarie and on the Central Coast, North Coast, South Coast, Sydney and so on.
