Auction enquiries


If a Real Estate Agent is advertising an auction, a copy of the proposed Contract will be held by that Agent and you may request a copy.  If you are intending to bid for a property at an auction, I urge you to bring a copy of the Contract to me beforehand for review.  If a property is purchased at auction there is no cooling off period and generally no recourse if you discover any problems with the property afterwards.  It is very important to be sure of your financing arrangements and to have a good knowledge of the property and the Contract prior to bidding.
