Old Systems Title is the name given to one of the previous systems NSW used to transfer ownership of a property before the current Torrens Title System was put in place.  There is very little remaining property in this State under Old Systems Title and eventually, there will be none.  Please contact me if you are selling or buying property under Old Systems Title.
