When purchasing a property within a Strata Plan, I would recommend a Strata Records Inspection be carried out by an experienced Strata Records Inspector prior to purchasing a property or during your cooling off period. This will identify such things as annual strata levies, extraordinary levies struck for a particular purpose, sinking and administration fund balances, orders or court proceedings etc. You may nominate your preferred Strata Inspector or otherwise I can put you in touch with a Strata Inspector or order the report on your behalf.
